SHIPPING INFO
Standard Shipping & Handling
All orders for items that are in stock are shipped within 7 business days
after we receive your order, unless items are out of stock. We will notify
you if your requested item is out of stock and how long the order will
take to be shipped. Please provide the recipient's telephone number on all
orders. We normally ship UPS, therefore P.O. boxes are discouraged.
Ground Shipping: Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.
Overnight Shipping: If you'd like overnight shipping, please place your order before 11 AM
(Mountain time) and we will make every effort to ship in-stock items the
same day or the following day for overnight delivery on the next business
day. Again, we will notify you if your item is not in stock.
Saturday Delivery: If you require Saturday delivery, please contact us Monday through Friday
at 303-440-9891 (9 AM to 5 PM Mountain time) to discuss the available
options in your location.
A Word About Security: Sweet Bird Studio is aware that your personal
information needs to be protected, so we have established appropriate
electronic and managerial systems to safeguard and secure the information
we collect.
Repair Policy: If you need one of our pieces repaired please contact us for further
assistance. There may be a slight charge for repairs so please call our
repair department beforehand to discuss the piece in question. Indicate
your reason for the return, and package your purchase safely and securely
with insurance. All repairs will be made on a first-received, first-repaired basis and
will be returned to you promptly.

Please make sure to insure your package for your protection. Do not send
the package C.O.D., as we do not accept returns shipped C.O.D. Credit card
refunds will be reflected on your billing statement within 1 billing
cycle.

Nobody ever sees your email or physical addresses except Sweetbird Studio. We don't sell or share your info. We also do not store your credit card information in any way, shape or form. Whatever personal information you give us is safe, secure and private.

Other Information We Collect
When you purchase a piece on our website, we ask you for the following information: name, address, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card. This information is used to process your order, and if necessary, to contact you for help when we are processing your order. All information we collect is stored in a secure database except for your credit card information which is not disclosed to Sweetbird Studio but processed through a secure Credit Card Merchant.
Sweetbird Studio also collects e-mail addresses voluntarily to inform our customers that we received the order and update the order status as necessary.
About Children (Under 18)
For their protection, we ask that children do not submit information to us without the consent of a parent or guardian.
Secure Shopping
We use Global as our SSL (Secure Socket Layer) digital certificate provider, providing our customers the strongest certificate services available. Your credit card information is encrypted while traveling the Internet.
Return/Refund Policy
If for any reason you are not completely thrilled with a Sweetbird Studio product, we will credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us before shipping back your return.
